If you want to attach a proof and you have it in digital, you can send it by whatsapp using our Administration phone. In the message specify the name of the patient, so that you can know to whom they correspond. We also have at your disposal the email citaprevia@visionveterinaria.es
If you have them on paper, you can give them to the reception staff and we will scan them.
Thank you very much for taking your time and completing the information regarding the patient. Our reception staff will attach the information to the history and the ophthalmologists will be able to use this data to refine the diagnostic work and adapt the treatments. If there are any additional considerations, we can of course discuss them in consultation.
